Our Goals
Filling the Gaps and Heartfelt Holidays are community outreach programs serving West Houston and Cypress, Texas. Our mission is to help children recognize and reach their full potential, while directly supporting the lives of young families, single parents, and caregivers both during the holidays and throughout the academic year.

FAQ's
Does my child have to reside in the Houston / Galveston region to attend?
No. We provide support to students in the Southwest region. We are open to bring our Outreach Program to any area of interest.
What grade levels does Heartfelt Hands support?
Pre-Kindergarten – 12th grade students may enter Heartfelt Hands Houston (F.T.G.) Filling the Gaps Outreach Program. Our focus is to help students master the early fundamentals of math concepts while building confidence and fluency.
When and where does your program start and meet?
We meet on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s both at the Richard & Meg Weekly Community Center 8440 Greenhouse Rd. Cypress, Texas 77433 & Steve Radack Community Center 18650 Clay Rd. Houston, Texas 77084 from 6:00-8:00 pm.
Are these your only locations?
Yes, we are a small but fast growing non-profit, however we are in the process of expanding our impact in the greater Houston area and beyond.
How does your program help improve outcomes?
We assess students where they are and help them master the fundamentals of mathematics, while also providing mentorship and leadership development with a growth mindset to help each of our students reach their full potential.
